Job Description

The Senior Technical Consultant focused on FS, Energy and Health Public Sector is responsible for configuring ServiceNow Platform Customer experience, Employee experience, Technology Excellence and Platform based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes. The Senior Technical Consultant is the functional and technical expert in customer engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis Lead discovery workshops to determine customers challenges and give product demonstrations to align Employee Workflows solutions with customer needs.

  • Guide strategic programs such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement.

  • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team Delivery.

  • Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future state processes.

  • Design, build and deliver ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture designed for long term success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Program/Project Delivery.

  • Native Arabic speaker

  • Certified Technical Architects

  • ServiceNow Industry solutions experience FS, Government and Healthcare

  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science / Engineering, Information management or other tech-related fields.
