Description -
Job Summary
• Lead IT risk assessment and compliance activities for the D&TO organization. Partner with IT, Operations, Audit and Finance stakeholders on SOX and Operational risks. Drive use of data visualization tools to provide risk insights for decision makers.
Responsibilities
• Manage a project or team of professionals who design and develop IT risk and compliance processes, methodology and workflow.
• Assign and monitor IT work to internal and external resources; ensure completion and quality of work, including monitoring risk mitigation, control remediation plans, and root cause analysis.
• Coach and develop team members on skills and performance.
• Mentor entry- through expert-level professionals daily.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Auditing or related discipline or equivalent work experience or competence.
• 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, IT supervisory, or related field.
