We are looking for a talented and self-driven Tax Planing Specialist  to join Wildlife’s Corporate Tax team in São Paulo, Brazil.

In this position, you’ll play a key role being responsible for several tax planning matters such as identifying and implementing opportunities to increase tax efficiencies, providing tax assessment for complex and critical aspects of the business, such as funding international business and other cross-border operations, intercompany transactions, global mobility, share-based compensation, etc., owning complex and impactful topics associated with the tax strategy of a dynamic tech company with a global footprint, including Transfer Pricing, CFC, PFIC, state taxes in the US, corporate structure, etc, as well as monitoring tax developments across the globe, anticipate impacts on the business, and implement solutions to benefit the company.

What you'll do

  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase tax efficiency, such as tax incentives, other tax schemes, and proactive litigation
  • Provide tax assessment for complex and critical aspects of the business, such as funding international business and other cross-border operations, intercompany transactions, global mobility, share-based compensation, etc.
  • Own complex and impactful topics associated with the tax strategy of a dynamic tech company with a global footprint, including Transfer Pricing, CFC, PFIC, state taxes in the US, corporate structure, etc.
  • Monitor tax developments across the globe, anticipate impacts on the business, and implement solutions to benefit the company

What you'll need

  • Relevant experience working with tax planning (Big 4 experience is a plus), being at least a few of them working with international tax with relevant experience with Transfer Pricing and complex cross-border operations
  • Very good Excel expertise preferably in developing multi-parameter models and sensitivity analysis to facilitate decision making
  • Good notions of tax compliance, accounting, and corporate finance, such as the ability to translate P&L, BS, cash flows, and budgets into actionable tax recommendations
  • Great communication skills as the position will be in frequent interaction with stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and Business teams
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
