What you will do

At Stryker, we are driven to make healthcare better. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping relationships with major hospital groups in Chile. This is an exciting opportunity to engage directly with C-level executives, introduce innovative technologies, and deliver solutions that transform patient care.   • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and global objectives, ensuring integration with the company’s Mako strategy

  • Manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, achieving defined revenue targets

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospital executives (CEOs, COOs, Directors, and other C-suite leaders) to drive recurring business

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of installations, training, and post-sale support

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects

  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiating terms to optimize deal structures and profitability

  • Translate clinical benefits into economic value for healthcare providers using financial-based selling tools

  • Represent Stryker at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and market presence

What you need

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales of surgical or medical capital equipment.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts or executive-level clients.

  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals with C-suite executives.

  • Demonstrated experience with Value Selling methodologies, focusing on value-based solutions and long-term customer impact.

  • Experience introducing innovative technologies into new markets

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Portuguese.

  • Degree in Health-related Engineering (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering or equivalent).

Travel Percentage: 50%
