As Head of Engineering, Corporate Services, you will be responsible for defining and executing the BlaBlaCar’s Tech strategy around internal tooling and services, ensuring it aligns with our overall business objectives.
You will lead a team of 25+ Tech professionals organized into several teams (IT Ops, CRM, ERP, back-office, Program Managers), overseeing everything from the identification of needs and sourcing of new solutions to managing implementation projects and organizing run activities.
You’re leading the effort on smoothening the daily life and operations of all BlaBlaCar employees so that they can achieve their mission with efficiency, productivity and comfort. This will require a blend of deep technical understanding, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
