Job Summary
The Center for Nursing Excellence at Brigham & Women's Hospital is seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Project Manager to support high‑impact nursing education and operational initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner closely with nursing leaders to design and manage training content in HealthStream, troubleshoot system issues, and create clear, user‑friendly documentation that supports frontline staff. You’ll also contribute to broader projects like executive rounding initiatives and data‑driven reporting—using strong Excel skills to translate complex data into meaningful insights. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, building systems, and supporting large‑scale programs that directly impact patient care.
