Meet the Team:

Our Technical Support team is a group of skilled professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service and solutions to our customers. The team combines technical expertise with a passion for customer satisfaction. With a commitment to proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement, we aim to guarantee that each customer interaction results in satisfaction and instills confidence in our services.

Where you come in:

  • You will respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email and chat sessions.
  • You will resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
  • You must have People skills and technical product knowledge and expertise critical to responding to daily customer-centric activities. 
  • You must communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • You will troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action.
  • You will document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development. You are required to follow standardized, routine methods, under immediate supervision.
  • You will be assigned tasks routine in nature and expectation is to follow pre-established guidelines and procedures.

What makes you successful:

  • You should be able to work flexible hours on a rotating schedule including evenings, holidays and weekend. Overtime may be required.
  • You should have an ability to work as a team player within a department as well as with other departments.
  • You should have good customer service skills.
  •  You should be good verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening skills and ability to communicate accurately and effectively in person, over the telephone, through email and other business correspondence.
  • You should have an ability to retain detailed information.
  • You should have an ability to solve problems.
