We’re thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group!

The Amynta Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full cycle recruiting for hourly, professional, technical, and senior level roles across our growing business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building strong partnerships, and enjoy the challenge of finding exceptional talent, this role is for you.

Amynta is a leading risk services company specializing in property, casualty, and specialty insurance, along with warranty and protection solutions. Since our founding in 2018, we’ve grown rapidly—now managing over $3.5B in premiums and employing approximately 2,000 associates across North America, Europe, and Australia.

Amynta is comprised of several distinct business units, each with its own niche focus and talent needs. This structure gives recruiters the opportunity to build strong business partnerships and gain a deep understanding of the unique hiring requirements, cultures, and priorities across each BU they support.

What You’ll Do

As a key talent partner, you will use Workday to manage each stage of the hiring process:

  • Partner with hiring managers across multiple business units, ensuring you understand the nuances of each BU’s roles, priorities, and timelines.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role expectations, and the competencies required for success.
  • Assist managers with creating job requisitions and review submitted requisitions for completeness and accuracy prior to approving.
  • Screen applicants, route qualified candidates to hiring managers, and ensure timely follow‑up and disposition.
  • Coordinate interviews and obtain hiring managers' feedback.
  • Assist managers with final candidate selection, initiate the offer approval process, and prepare offer documents.
  • Monitor requisition and offer workflows—proactively following up with approvers to minimize delays and keep processes moving.
  • Partner with HR Coordinator to initiate onboarding tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner on recruiting strategies, talent initiatives, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment (required).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple requisitions and priorities across different business units.
  • Proven strengths in interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder relationship‑building.

About You

You’ll succeed in this role if you are:

  • Detail-oriented and take pride in ensuring communications and documents represent Amynta Group positively and professionally.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage and track multiple tasks and recruiting activities at different stages.
  • A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and build productive working relationships.
  • Flexible and comfortable working non-traditional hours when needed to support business and recruiting needs.
  • Confident presenting complete and accurate information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure expectations and next steps are clearly understood.
  • Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving when challenges arise in the recruiting process.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; and paid time off plus company holidays.
