Objetivo del Puesto

Brindar apoyo al área de Materiales en el control, análisis y seguimiento de inventarios, flujo de materiales, contribuyendo a la continuidad operativa y al cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Apoyar en el control y actualización de inventarios en sistema.

• Generar y analizar reportes de materiales (consumos, niveles de inventario, variaciones).

• Registrar y actualizar información en SAP u otros sistemas internos.

• Seguimiento a desarrollo de aplicación de ajustes de inventario en SAP.

• Seguimiento a sistema de inventario físico por escaneo.

• Colaborar en el ejercicio de inventario anual.

• Participar en proyectos de mejora continua del área.

• Dar seguimiento a actividades asignadas asegurando cumplimiento en tiempo y forma.

Perfil Requerido

INDISPENSABLE

Educación: Recién egresada(o) de Licenciatura en Contaduría, Administración o Comercio Exterior.

Formación:

• Conocimientos básicos en SAP.

• Manejo de Microsoft Office.

• Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, análisis de datos).

Experiencia

• Prácticas profesionales en áreas de Materiales, Logística o afín (deseable).

• Interés en desarrollarse en el área de Cadena de Suministro.

• Participación en proyectos académicos o profesionales que demuestren: Seguimiento de actividades, Organización y control de información, Resolución de problemas.
