Are you ready to turn data into decisions that shape the future of global infrastructure? Linxon is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate across departments to transform complex datasets into powerful insights that drive smarter project delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. Your work will help build a stronger data culture and influence major renewable energy and infrastructure initiatives worldwide.

What will you do?

Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, applying advanced DAX queries to provide real-time insights across engineering, project management, and operational domains.

Develop and maintain scalable SQL-based data pipelines to support ongoing analytics, reporting, and data integrity across multiple systems.

Automate data workflows using Power Automate to streamline collection, validation, and reporting processes, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability.

Create and manage custom Power Apps solutions that enable efficient data entry, tracking, and internal tool development for cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Quality, Planning, Engineering, and Project Management to gather requirements and translate them into actionable, data-driven solutions.

Organize and maintain project documentation and data repositories in SharePoint, ensuring version control, accessibility, and alignment with governance standards.

Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions and improve project outcomes.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation, quality checks, and clear documentation of data processes and methodologies.

Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations and presentations.

Support digital transformation initiatives by embedding analytics, automation, and data intelligence into core project delivery workflows.

Who you are?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally within infrastructure, EPC, or engineering environments.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, DAX, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

  • Skilled in working with large datasets and building scalable, efficient data solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

  • Solid understanding of renewable energy technologies and electrical substations.

  • Familiarity with project management and planning tools such as Primavera and MS Project.​
