What will you do?
Manage the inventory Periodic & Cycle Counting.
Provide data for inventory accuracy indicators and discrepancy’s analysis.
Define and execute corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
How will you do it?

Manage the Inventory Cycle Counting
Analyses inventory gaps
Participate actively in the preparation and the execution of the internal periodic inventory
Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects successfully.
Participate in the definition of the counting procedures with Financial department.
Able to work within a team environment not only within the organization unit, but also across departments, shifts, and other functional areas.
Ability to supervise and engage staff with leadership and motivational skills to expedite completion of critical project tasks.
Creative thinking and effective problem solving skills to continually improve processes, including problem identification, detailed data gathering, solution development, and implementation follow up.
Planning and performance the annual Physical Inventories.
Ensure all material is stocked promptly and accurately.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
Provide data for inventory accuracy indicators and discrepancies’ analysis :
Provide all necessary data for inventory accuracy indicators and discrepancies’ analysis
Measure the inventory accuracy. Propose action plans to reduce inventory discrepancies.
Follow up and report daily relevant indicators (Negatives stock, non-processed, transactions, etc…).
Define and execute corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy:
Actively participate in and support the action plans to improve inventory accuracy.
Ensure regular contact with others departments outside the work group, participate in Cross Functional Teams to find solutions improving inventory accuracy.
Insure the implementation and the respect of those actions within the organization.
Strong analytical skills to uncover root causes and implement long term solutions.
What are we looking for?
Required:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing, or mix experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
Good computer skills.
Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail, math’s, and multi-tasking skills.
Extensive knowledge of SAP system. (Sales orders, Orders, COGI)
Preferred:
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
Superior computer skills in MS Office applications.
Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.
