Leidos is seeking an Energy Efficiency Initiatives Manager for our Ameren Illinois Residential Energy Efficiency Program. In this role, you will work to continuously drive, direct, and document all aspects of the Initiatives under your charge.
The Energy Efficiency Initiatives Manager will provide day-to-day operational oversight, direction, and follow-up, and strategic guidance of Single-Family Income Qualified channels including three or more of the following: the Community Action Agency Channel, the Mobile Homes Channel, Electrification, and pilot initiatives. This position will also support the Leidos Innovation team in its delivery of pilot efforts and innovative Residential energy efficiency solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with implementation partners and client staff, producing and delivering status reports, initiative reviews, budget/savings management, and full support of client requests. The Energy Efficiency Initiatives Manager will report to the Residential Deputy Program Manager and also work/communicate very closely with other Initiative Managers and the Residential Program Manager.
