Leidos is seeking an Energy Efficiency Initiatives Manager for our Ameren Illinois Residential Energy Efficiency Program. In this role, you will work to continuously drive, direct, and document all aspects of the Initiatives under your charge.

The Energy Efficiency Initiatives Manager will provide day-to-day operational oversight, direction, and follow-up, and strategic guidance of Single-Family Income Qualified channels including three or more of the following: the Community Action Agency Channel, the Mobile Homes Channel, Electrification, and pilot initiatives. This position will also support the Leidos Innovation team in its delivery of pilot efforts and innovative Residential energy efficiency solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with implementation partners and client staff, producing and delivering status reports, initiative reviews, budget/savings management, and full support of client requests. The Energy Efficiency Initiatives Manager will report to the Residential Deputy Program Manager and also work/communicate very closely with other Initiative Managers and the Residential Program Manager.

The Challenge:

• Drive efforts in all facets of the Initiatives under your care that may include: Community Action Agency, Mobile Homes, Electrification, and pilot initiatives, by providing necessary direction, critical communication and oversight to subcontractor personnel
• Contribute to process enhancements and devise strategies to propel initiatives, fostering their growth and development.
• Work closely with the Residential Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager on internal operations, client support, and stakeholder management
• Lead/manage client relationship with Ameren Illinois Residential Energy Efficiency Advisor
• Support efforts being delivered by the Innovation team, including research and delivery of pilot programs
• Build industry relationships, provide insights to ensure that programs run efficiently and effectively and constantly respond to changing market conditions
• Provide leadership, clear direction/frequent follow-up, and overall execution guidance to Leidos residential and subcontractor personnel
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to program plans and schedules, identify program problems and develop solutions
• Advanced data analysis to support reporting, program improvement and new strategy development
• Participate in the evaluation of program effectiveness (measurement and verification)

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree with two plus (2+) years of relevant experience, implementing energy efficiency programs. May consider more years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Expertise in project management, energy efficiency, serving income qualified customer segments, building science
• Ability to work well either as a team or as an individual
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Industry certifications including, but not limited to: BPI, PMP, CEM, LEED
• Professional affiliations including, but not limited to: AESP, MEEA, ACEEE, ASHRAE, or AE
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
• Located within the Ameren Illinois Service Territory preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (may include occasional overnight travel)

Pay Range:

Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
