What You’ll Do

  • Plan and prioritize the annual event calendar for Europe or IMEA, including JIT opportunity evaluation.

  • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendors, ensuring compliance with regional logistics, VAT, and regulations.

  • Produce event collateral (Cvent pages, emails, signage, booth design, social assets) in partnership with Global Marketing Campaign teams.

  • Capture and maintain accurate leads using iCapture (or regional equivalents) and ensure strong Salesforce data maintenance.

  • Deliver post‑event reporting with KPIs, insights, and recommendations.

  • Develop relationships with organizers to secure speaking slots and partnership opportunities.

  • Adopt and share best practices across global teams and contribute to BKMs and templates.

  • Support regional Customer Education events as needed.

  • Operate with SEL Values and take on additional responsibilities as required.

What You Need to Be Successful

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of event production experience (B2B tech or industrial preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in remote or distributed teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Hands‑on experience with:

    • Cvent

    • Salesforce

    • Project tools such as Asana, Confluence, Skilljar

  • Budget management, contract review, and vendor negotiation experience.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

  • Familiarity with GDPR, VAT, and EU logistics (and willingness to learn IMEA equivalents).

  • Willingness to travel internationally.

  • Ability to pass background check and drug test.

  • Valid passport or ability to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners (Sales, Finance, HR, Engineering Services).

  • Proven success securing speaking opportunities and event partnerships.

  • Proficiency in post‑event analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
