How you will do it
- Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties and office facilities management including but not limited to liaising with vendors of all facilities and services, organizing company events and staff activities, office relocation, etc
- Support Sales Administration team in sales data input, generation and report in ERP systems
- Maintain and update administrative reports on a regular basis
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth office operations
- Implement administration policies, procedures, and programs
What we look for
Required
- University Degree/Higher Diploma holder
- 3+ years of solid office administration/data management experiences gained from sizable organizations
- Proficiency in ERP Systems is a definite advantage
- Familiar with MS Office Applications
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently. Work efficiently and accurately
- Candidates with less office administration experience BUT with a strong data management sense are very welcome
