We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to support the Finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates starting their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Accounts Payable Support

• Assist in processing vendor invoices.

• Support invoice verification and basic three-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice).

• Maintain vendor records and documentation.

• Help in preparing payment details.

🔹 Accounts Receivable Support

• Assist in posting cash receipts.

• Support customer account reconciliation.

• Help follow up on outstanding payments.

• Maintain AR reports and records.

🔹 Reimbursements

• Verify employee expense claims.

• Ensure proper documentation as per company policy.

• Maintain reimbursement records.
