Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for a Manager General Manufacturing 2 located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The General Manufacturing Manager will oversee and manage all operational aspects of a (one or more) manufacturing and/or production area(s), be responsible for the safety of the employees, delivering quality products on time and within customer cost targets, and continuous improvement. The selected candidate will provide leadership direction of design and process development, production, operations, engineering, test and Quality Assurance functions. Manage and present status on cost, schedule and performance for all projects within the area and assess issues and develop mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Primary Level Salary Range: $104,600.00 - $156,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
