The Director of Change & Business Operations will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation and operational excellence at King. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, leading change initiatives, shaping operational strategies, and ensuring alignment across functions. Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Director will oversee business operations, guide integration projects, and mentor teams to embed efficient, scalable, and sustainable ways of working across the company. You’ll report to the VP, Business Operations and be dedicated to King, working within the Business Operations Team.
Previous experience working in business operations
Demonstrable organisational change success
Experience of hands-on programme management
A proven team leader and people manager
Great communication skills across various stakeholders
Detail-oriented and organized
Integration / Enablement experience a plus
