Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to provide support to our Custom Product and Collaborations Team. This role is ideal for someone with a "can do" attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and is adept at wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Maintain program tracker and prepare different views as well as assist in developing project plan template that can be used to create program schedules with key milestones
- Program Management: Create status reports and support creating visualizations for strategy and leadership presentations
- Market Research: Pulse market to identify interesting trends and competitor moves in the space and identify key research questions to support learning agenda
- Product Toolkits: Support creation of product marketing toolkits that can be leveraged by key groups in the go-to-market process to understand product positioning and reasons to believe
- Budget Tracking: Support a system to accurately track budgets for all programs. Present budget data at a high level during meetings for quick discussions.
- 5S Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory using the 5S methodology to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Showcase/Meeting Room Design: Take ownership of the design and setup for a new showcase and meeting room, creating an inspiring and functional space
- Program Leadership: Assist in leading and managing various programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- SharePoint Site Development: Build out and maintain a SharePoint site to facilitate collaboration and information sharing within the team.
- File Storage System: Update and create a standardized system for file storage, ensuring easy access and organization of important documents.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (for interns and co-ops).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Some experience or interest in any of the following: product management, program management, industrial design, engineering, supply chain, logistics, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with budget tracking and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of 5S methodology and experience in inventory management.
- Background in design or experience with setting up meeting/showcase rooms.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
