Job responsibilities:
- Facilitate the relocation process by handling work permit applications and renewals, support non local employees to settle in Macau and handling daily administrative tasks
- Handle and manage work permit related data and ensure accuracy
- Prepare and submit work permit applications and renewals for to Macau Government
- Complete work permit related procedures at Macau Immigration and Macau Labor Bureau
- Work closely with labor agencies for work permit related documentation
- Prepare regular reports & documentation for management and concerned parties
- Coordinate the logistics for relocation and repatriation arrangement
- Conduct relocation orientation and related pre-employment procedures
- Follow all required record/document retention and filing system according to related policies and procedures
Job requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in Human Resources or related field
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong Chinese writing skills, with the ability to draft formal documents and correspondence for external parties, including government bodies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
