Job responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the relocation process by handling work permit applications and renewals, support non local employees to settle in Macau and handling daily administrative tasks
  • Handle and manage work permit related data and ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and submit work permit applications and renewals for to Macau Government
  • Complete work permit related procedures at Macau Immigration and Macau Labor Bureau
  • Work closely with labor agencies for work permit related documentation
  • Prepare regular reports & documentation for management and concerned parties
  • Coordinate the logistics for relocation and repatriation arrangement
  • Conduct relocation orientation and related pre-employment procedures
  • Follow all required record/document retention and filing system according to related policies and procedures

Job requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Strong Chinese writing skills, with the ability to draft formal documents and correspondence for external parties, including government bodies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
