Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using spring boot framework. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to design and build applications, acting as the primary point of contact, and utilizing Spring Boot for development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using spring boot framework. - Lead the development team as a technical architect and development lead - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Working knowledge of developing scalable, secure software application - Working experience on full stack development. - In dept understanding of microservice architecture, containerization, Kubernetes, API driven development, Rest API architecture, Proxy setup, load balancer, Istio - Working experience in effort estimation, review of architecture, design and code. - Have built software’s keeping in mind, performance, scalability, maintainability and security. - Working understanding of software architectures, design patterns - Loosely coupled vs tightly coupled architectures, sync vs async processing, multithreading, multiprocessing. - multi tenancy and data isolation - Data engineering pipelines batch vs streaming - Understanding of publisher/subscriber model - Experience with cloud computing platforms and cloud architecture GCP, Azure, AWS - Understanding of Hub-Spoke Architecture - Strong understanding pf programming languages like Java. - Working understanding of Java Spring boot and MVC - Familiarity with Database design, data modelling SQL - Workflow management - Working Understating of IAM, role-based access control, policy-based access control, attribute-based access control - Understanding of LDAP, SAML, AD integrations - Excellent communication skills to easily convey complex technical concepts - Ability to work in Agile setup, scrum - Understanding of Devops pipelines - Understanding of approached like canary, blue green, AB testing - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of application design and development. - Experience with application configuration and deployment. - Solid grasp of software engineering principles.
