Notion d’État, de la séparation des pouvoirs, de l’indépendance judiciaire, de la souveraineté parlementaire, de la responsabilité ministérielle et de la loyauté et neutralité de la fonction publique, de la primauté du droit et de la suprématie de la Constitution. Droit constitutionnel : sources, principes, caractéristiques essentielles de l’État canadien. Introduction à l’étude du contrôle de constitutionnalité des lois et des actes de l’appareil gouvernemental.
