Job Description:

Location:  Remote (U.S.) with travel to client sites as needed.  If you reside within 25 miles of a DXC office, you must have at least 2 on-site days per week.

Role Summary: This role supports the CES Strategy and Transformation Lead in driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation across consulting and engineering practices. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, market insight, and execution capability to ensure alignment with CES objectives and industry trends. The individual will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with objectives, drive business performance, and lead transformational initiatives that enhance competitiveness and growth.

Strategic Alignment & Execution

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute corporate strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans for consulting and engineering teams.
  • Monitor progress against strategic goals and adjust plans based on market dynamics and performance metrics.
  • Lead and manage key projects and initiatives within CES.

Financial Analysis & Performance Management

  • Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making.
  • Manage financial performance within assigned areas, ensuring profitability and cost optimization. Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure profitability and efficiency targets are met.

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

  • Drive operational efficiency and implement process improvements. Support the development of KPIs and dashboards to track business performance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and enhanced productivity across consulting and engineering services.
  • Drive initiatives to improve delivery models, resource utilization, and client satisfaction.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with clients, partners, and industry forums
  • Facilitate alignment between global and regional strategies.

Change Management

  • Lead and support change initiatives within the business functions.
  • Ensure smooth transitions and maintain employee engagement during transformation programs.

Market & Industry Insight

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market shifts.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership for proactive decision-making and potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities in consulting and engineering services, including new markets, partnerships, and service offerings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Strategic Execution: % of initiatives delivered on time and within scope.
  • CES Leadership Team and CES operating model synchronization and effectiveness.
  • Change Management Success: Adoption rate of new processes and systems

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years in strategy, consulting, or leadership roles within IT services or system integration.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of consulting and engineering services and emerging technologies.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $110,300 - $204,800.
