CACI is seeking a Physical Security Assistant to support an Air Force contract located at Langley AFB, VA. We are looking for an individual who can provide Access Control, Security Operations, Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Air Force Personnel Security, and CCTV support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide security assistance to the Physical Security Manager
  • Issue and maintain accountability of visitor badges.
  • Verifies clearances utilizing digital means.
  • Coordinate new hire credentials and processes.
  • Responsible for badging, access control and CCTV duties.
  • Responsible for Identification processing to include badge creation and modifications; card access accountability; and credential audits.
  • Ensure accurate and complete dissemination of information to the Physical Security Manager.
  • Develops and implement security procedures and processes that support the mission of providing a safe and secure environment for personnel.
  • Assist in collateral and SCIF security procedures and policy enforcement.
  • Conduct Physical Security surveys and makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Support organizational goals by providing quality customer service.
  • Participates in performance improvement efforts and demonstrates a commitment to team work and cooperation.
  • Must be flexible, detail oriented and a critical thinker.


Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Associate's Degree in related field or specialized training required.
  • 3-5 years of security experience or equivalent background required.
  • Sound communication, interpersonal and organization sills required.
  • Proficiency with computer applications required.
  • Knowledge of security and emergency management terminology required

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$47,100-$96,500
