Job Description​

Saint Luke's East has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Manager in the Main OR. This Nurse leader oversees Surgical Services and Perianesthesia,. As a champion of SLHS core values, including innovation, adaptability, and professionalism, individual will guide the teams to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. Role will be responsible for  crafting and executing strategies aligned with the mission while collaborating with nursing leadership to enhance practices and policies. This position will drive employee engagement and retention, collaborate within a dynamic multidisciplinary environment, and maintain clinical excellence. Role requires specialized knowledge in critical thinking and skills based on principles of psychological social physical and biological sciences that utilize nursing processes.
