  • お客様との対話を通じてセキュリティを促進する
  • お客様からの問い合わせに対応する

求められる経験・知識:

  • インテリジェンスまたは関連分野におけるアナリストとして最低5年の経験
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語およびビジネスレベルの英語
  • クライアントまたは主要な社内関係者とコンサルティングまたは同様の業務を行った経験
  • 技術的な問題に対する実証されたトラブルシューティング能力
  • 実務担当者との技術的会話および管理職との戦略的な会話における実証された能力
  • 情報セキュリティの経験
  • 新しいテクノロジーに対する適応力は必須。ネットワークやコーディング・コマンドライの経験があると尚可
  • 探究心旺盛、精力的であり、協調性があること
  • 学士号以上の学位、または同等の教育および経験
  • 下記のいずれかのロールでの経験があり、脅威インテリジェンスへのご興味をお持ちの方
    • セキュリティ関連のプリセールスエンジニアまたはコンサルタントのご経験
    • Security professional; former CTI, SOC, or incident response analyst with a flare for threat intelセキュリティプロフェッショナルとしての経験(CTI、SOCまたはインシデントレスポンスアナリスト等)

Sr. Intelligence Consultant - Japan

Recorded Future supports security teams at some of the largest organizations on the planet. The Sr. Intelligence Consultant is a function of our Intelligence Services group, managing and implementing all aspects of customer success activities with our clients.

What you’ll do as Sr. Intelligence Consultant:

As a Sr. Intelligence Consultant, your days will be spent working to help clients to ensure they are effectively using our threat intelligence services as well as doing the following:

  • Foster a security and detailed dialogue with clients
  • Handle client inquiries
  • Onboard and configure Recorded Future according to customer intelligence requirements
  • Conduct quarterly deployment reviews
  • Act as the “voice of the customer” for our Product team
  • Perform under tight deadlines

What you'll bring to the Intelligence Consultant role:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as intelligence, or related analyst
  • Native level Japanese and business level English required
  • Experience working in a consultative role directly with clients or key internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical concerns
  • Demonstrated skills speaking technically with practitioners and strategically with senior executives
  • Information security experience strongly preferred
  • Comfort with new technology a must; networking and coding/command line experience a plus
  • Inquisitive, high energy, and collaborative
  • BA/BS required and advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

About You

  • Must be passionate about technology as well as building a world class security business.
  • Experience working in one or more of the following roles:
    • Security related pre/post sales engineer or consultant looking step up your game
    • Security professional; former CTI, SOC, or incident response analyst with a flare for threat intel
