We are seeking a Team Lead – Java Developer with strong hands-on development experience in Java microservices and Azure cloud environments, capable of leading a small team while delivering scalable enterprise applications.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Java 17 microservices using Spring Boot.
Implement REST APIs and event-driven integrations using Kafka.
Deploy applications on Azure cloud platforms.
Collaborate with architects on cloud-native application development.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices.
Guide junior developers and support technical troubleshooting.
Contribute to integration of AI/LLM-based capabilities in applications.
