We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Travel Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting all employees within our organization with all aspects of travel arrangements' inquiries. You will work closely with employees, travel agencies and other vendors to ensure smooth and efficient travel logistics.


The Corporate Travel Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless travel experience while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining adherence to travel policies and budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel Planning: Collaborate with employees to understand their travel needs and preferences. Make sure they are aware of travel processes and approval flows to avoid delays when booking their travel.

  • Travel Support: Guide employees on how to make travel arrangements using appropriate booking systems and tools. Serve as a resource for employees, assisting them with travel-related inquiries, issues, and emergencies. Collaborate with the necessary departments to resolve any travel-related problems.

  • Travel Policy Compliance: Stay updated on company travel policies and ensure employees' adherence to them. Guide employees regarding travel policy requirements, restrictions, and procedures.

  • Corporate Card Program (applies depending on the market): Manage corporate credit card applications and account reconciliations. Be the mediator between the employees and the corporate card vendor for any modifications, adjustments, or any corporate card issues. Collaborate with the necessary departments to maintain the accounts up to date, avoiding overdue amounts and late fees.

  • Travel Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel arrangements, expenses, and employee communications. Ensure proper documentation and case management is maintained in compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.


 

Skill & Experience

  • Proven experience in Corporate Travel, Travel and Expenses, Compliance or similar role is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English (C1 or above) in order to support customers from different regions.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and travel vendors.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address unexpected travel-related issues.

  • Familiarity with travel booking systems, online travel portals, and other relevant tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing travel needs and time zones, and work occasional weekends as required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel management software is a plus.
