Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand system issues and prioritize resolutions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within Salesforce environments.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes and business workflows.
- Ability to analyze system logs, debug errors, and implement effective fixes.
- Familiarity with integration points between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
