Job Description
The Role -
본 포지션은 산업안전보건법에 따른 안전관리자로서, GM 한국 사업장 내 한국GM 생산 조직과 GM 글로벌 연구소 법인인 GMTCK (GM Technical Center Korea) 안전보건팀 소속으로 근무하게 됩니다. Global Workplace Safety System의 실행을 지원하며, 안전보건관리규정에 따른 안전관리자 역할을 수행합니다.
What You’ll Do -
작업장 위험요소 식별 및 위험성 평가 코칭
안전관리 시스템 취약점 발굴 및 개선 보고
안전보건 관련 정기 미팅 주관
안전작업절차(SOP) 시행 및 현장 적용 관리
불안전한 행동/상태 식별 및 시정조치·개선 활동
안전보건 지침 제공 (SOP, 위험성 평가 포함)
현장 안전순회점검(SOT: Safety Observation Tour) 실시
근로자 및 관리감독자 대상 안전교육 수행
사고 조사, 원인 분석 및 재발방지 대책 수립
내부·외부 감사 대응 및 경영 개선 계획 수립/이행 참여
GM 안전 활동 전반 추진
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) -
- 학력 및 전공 : 산업안전, 산업공학, 환경공학, 기계공학, 화학공학 또는 관련 전공자
- 필수 자격증 : 산업안전기사 또는 산업위생관리기사
- 경력 :
안전관리 경력 최소 3년 이상 필수
자동차 제조업 또는 중공업, 중대형 생산라인 경험자 우대
완성차(OEM) 또는 Tier 1 협력사 근무 경험 우대
