<title>About the role</title>

In this role, you will drive the growth of multiple countries, oversee several sales teams across the region, and take ownership of the regional go-to-market strategy. You will also be responsible for building and scaling the sales organization. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Bolt Business for Europe, you will play a critical role as part of the Bolt Business leadership team, helping to shape the future of this business line.

  • <point>Leading and Managing Your Sales Organisation: overseeing Country Sales Managers across the region, taking full ownership of sales performance and the existing portfolio of clients.</point>
  • <point>Driving Growth and Exceeding Sales Targets: leading your teams to hit and surpass regional sales targets, ensuring success across all markets in your region.</point>
  • <point>Owning the Regional Go-To-Market Strategy: developing and executing strategic plans, including team responsibilities, projected P&L, and market achievements.</point>
  • <point>Coaching and Training Your Team: mentoring and developing your Country Managers daily, enhancing their performance and advancing their careers at Bolt.</point>
  • <point>Presenting Sales and Revenue Forecasts: regularly updating the management team on progress, achievements, and challenges in your markets.</point>
  • <point>Entrepreneurial Initiatives:identifying growth opportunities, designing projects to test innovative ideas, and overseeing their execution.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>You have more than 8 years in fast-paced B2B sales, including at least 4 years managing sales teams across multiple locations/markets. A BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.</point>
  • <point>You have proven the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a large regional team while addressing the unique needs and cultural differences of team members. Extensive experience in recruiting and scaling sales organizations across multiple locations, with a background in scale-up/start-up environments being a significant advantage.</point>
  • <point>You demonstrated success in outbound selling of services or SaaS products to SME and Enterprise.</point>
  • <point>You have have a strong proficiency in using leading CRMs - Salesforce experience preferable - and analysing sales data  and KPIs.</point> 
  • <point>You have excellent communication skills in English, exceptional multitasking abilities, and are capable of managing multiple projects, workloads, and priorities effectively</point>
