Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals programs and projects, ensuring adherence to standard tools, methodologies, and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business and technology outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with expectations. - Ensure the successful transition of programs and projects to operational teams, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development. - Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals programs and projects. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
