This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional consulting and apply your skills to projects that improve the performance, reliability and sustainability of the infrastructure and assets communities rely on every day.

How you’ll make an impact

You’ll work with both public and private sector clients, contributing to projects that drive operational excellence and sustainable outcomes. From day one, you’ll be supported to grow your consulting toolkit while gaining hands-on experience in engineering-led projects.

Your work will include:

• Supporting end-to-end project delivery, from analysis through to client engagement and outcomes.
• Translating technical data and insights into clear advice and practical decisions for clients.
• Contributing to solutions in areas such as asset management strategies, performance improvement, system design and asset condition assessments.
• Collaborating with senior advisors on initiatives spanning operational readiness, reliability engineering and productivity improvement.

What you’ll bring

We value diverse experiences – what matters most is your curiosity, drive and passion for solving complex challenges. You’ll bring:

• A degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into outcomes.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Consulting experience (Big Four or similar) and an interest in engineering, infrastructure or asset management.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and a willingness to learn and grow.

Experience in areas such as strategy, operations, asset performance, or sustainability (including decarbonisation) will be highly regarded, but not essential.
