Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Analyst II plays a critical role in data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization. This role provides critical analytical support to optimize marketing campaign performance, improve efficiency, and uncover growth opportunities across multiple channels. By reporting on vanity metrics, back-end campaign performance, and pipeline production across multiple channels in line with industry-standard KPIs, this role ensures full-funnel visibility and helps measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts across all stages of the marketing funnel. This role is highly collaborative, delivering actionable insight to support several marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with a passion for analytics and effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze marketing programs holistically across multiple business lines to drive efficiency and performance optimization.
  • Maintain a holistic view of in-market activities and marketing spend across departments to ensure budget alignment and efficiency.
  • Leverage data across platforms and channels to provide full-funnel visibility, including digital advertising, paid social, email marketing, PPC, and SEO.
  • Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness in generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—brand marketing, campaign management, email marketing, digital marketing, and marketing operations—to consolidate and analyze performance data.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including both vanity metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks) and website metrics to evaluate traffic quality and engagement.
  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track website performance, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for improving conversion paths.
  • Present insights and data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the continuous improvement of marketing strategies by identifying trends and opportunities based on data insights.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing performance analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with Marketo or a similar marketing automation system.
  • Experience developing omni-channel marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Experience using SalesForce CRM.
  • Knowledge of attribution models, multi-touch tracking, and marketing funnel analysis.
  • University Degree or equivalent experience.
