About the Role

The intern will support data-driven initiatives and analytics projects within Life Operations, contributing to insights generation and process improvements.

• Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.

• Support data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Assist in automating data workflows and reporting processes.

• Document findings and present insights to support decision-making.

• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues using data.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide analytical support.

• Maintain and update data dictionaries and metadata documentation.

• Explore new data sources and recommend integration strategies.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technique

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the internship, the intern will understand the role of data analytics in operational excellence, gain hands-on experience with data tools, and be able to independently conduct basic analyses and present findings to stakeholders.
