Job Summary

Working in collaboration with others on the Reward, Recognition and Engagement team, this position is responsible for planning, developing, and facilitating the implementation of employee engagement, rewards and recognition initiatives. Consults and collaborates with stakeholders and leadership to develop robust and effective programs, including significant contributions to program strategy, or leading strategic programming.

 

Essential Functions

  • Develops, implements, maintains and expands employee listening (including surveys), reward, recognition programs.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) and program administrator of survey and recognition tools. Builds and maintains a positive and collaborative working relationship with the external vendors for these tools.
  • With limited guidance, ensures that reward and recognition programs are effective, fair, and aligned with our company values.
  • Regularly assess and monitor engagement levels using surveys and other tools. Analyze data and report findings to human resources and leadership.
  • Collaborates with multiple internal stakeholders within human resources and throughout the organization, and also external stakeholders such relevant vendors and partners. Works closely with other teams both within and outside of human resources to ensure engagement and recognition initiatives are integrated throughout all areas of the organization.
  • Actively seeks to stay current with trends and best practices within Engagement and Reward & Recognition and is viewed as an expert in these areas by stakeholders.
  • Continually assess and improve engagement and recognition initiatives based on feedback, data and best practices.
  • Creates and presents dashboards, reports, slide decks and presentation. Anticipates report and presentation needs by proactively determining report and presentation needs. Produces content for the highest levels of the organization, including the senior leadership team and boards.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or other related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience human resources, project management or program development.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of statistical methods such as correlation, regression, and factor analysis and the tools to analyze them. 
  • Understanding of survey design, best practices with question methodology, and understanding survey platforms (Glint preferred).
  • Knowledge of Generative AI Tools and SQL is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful engagement programs.
  • 5 years of relevant experience Employee engagement, employee experience, employee recognition or organizational effectiveness
