Our analyst team plays a pivotal role in the success of our business - driving a growth strategy and excellent outcomes for our customers. Working closely with our Relationship Executives, you'll undertake financial modelling and analysis, using your market research skills to identify the risks and opportunities that help our business customers thrive.

Backed by a comprehensive suite of innovative products and market-leading technology, you'll have the tools you need to excel in this key role.

Based in our Coffs Harbour office, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing team. You'll engage with a diverse client base spanning both commercial banking and specialist agribusiness - supporting them to build successful, long-term outcomes.

More specifically, you will

• Work closely with Relationship Executives to understand client needs and shape client strategy
• Proactively recommend ideas and solutions to help manage client relationships
• Provide research and analysis of a portfolio alongside market data and group product offerings
• Prepare concise, well-reasoned credit reports and correspondence
• Build an in-depth understanding of client needs and how CBA can help them meet their long-term business goals

We want to hear from you if you have

• Experience within commercial banking or accounting, with agribusiness experience advantageous
• Strong research and analytical skills, incorporating financial modelling and credit analysis
• A passion for customer service with a focus on innovation and solutions-focused thinking
• A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance or a related discipline whilst not essential will be well regarded
