Job Description:
As a Technology SCM Associate supporting the Technology Supply Chain Management Team, you’ll manage purchase orders and invoices for assigned technology commodities while building strong relationships with assigned key suppliers. You’ll support the Team by managing accurate PO creation, keeping accounts in good standing, resolving invoices quickly, and ensuring processes run efficiently from end to end.

Responsibilities
Place and manage purchase orders
Place and manage spot buys
Demonstrate consistency and accuracy required to resolve open questions/invoices in a timely manner with little guidance
Identify and resolve invoice match exceptions
Administer and oversee assigned procure-to-pay transactional areas, inclusive of managing supplier content, spot buying, purchase order completion, invoice resolution, and contracts administration
Maintain supplier catalogs and resolve catalog issues with suppliers as necessary
Track outstanding POs against scheduled receipt date and take appropriate action to resolve as necessary
Educate Internal Customers in core business process improvement processes
Has solid knowledge of systems and can use them to find/locate information in order to handle routine inquiries, resolve invoice errors, and provide information to Team Members and Suppliers
Resolve Customer Service issues by providing training and information to Employees and suppliers; explain system logic, processes, and procedures
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services including Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of Customer Satisfaction
Skilled in using various computer hardware and software
Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
Skilled in considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
Ability to respond to Supplier invoice questions by providing thorough and clear explanation of policies
Ability to keep Leader and Technology Buyers informed to ensure tasks are prioritized, especially those that are time sensitive
Ability to follow through on commitments; keeping others updated on changes in status due to circumstances beyond one’s control
Ability to work efficiently while making time to address Suppliers and internal Customers questions effectively
Ability to deliver complete status updates to Leader and stakeholders, including discussing potential bottlenecks and alternative plans of action
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Entry-level experience, developing skills and knowledge in:
Supply Chain Management
Preferred: Experience in SAP, Ariba, or Coupa
Preferred: Experience in Quickbase
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
Must have flexibility to work extended hours during the week and weekend, including Company holidays, during quarterly close or special projects

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $55,000 - $61,100 per year*, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
