JR48090 Probe Equipment Engineer (Evergreen)

Responsibilities

  • Qualify new Probe equipment and probe card.
  • Initiate and implement improvements for manufacturing availability, utilization, and cost.
  • Analyze process data and conduct Design of Experiment (DOE) to optimize process conditions.
  • Solve process failures and implement robust and effective solutions to address process and equipment issues.
  • Develop procedures and checklists for maintenance, equipment or process qualification and reaction mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with Production, Equipment Shift Engineering and other Process Areas in day-to-day tasks.
  • Lead equipment supplier performance.

Requirements

  • Master/bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Probe manufacturing procedures, processes, data systems and all Probe equipment and related issues and processes.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and stay focus on critical issues.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills and understanding of statistical process methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
