Job Purpose 

As a Vendor Incubation Sales Team Manager, you will lead a new team focused on incubating and accelerating vendors within an inside‑sales model. This role drives commercial growth, ensures operational excellence, and manages key internal and external stakeholders. Acting as the main coordination point between vendors, the business, and senior leadership, you will ensure strong execution, clear pipeline management, and consistent delivery of KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop an Inside Sales team focused on vendor incubation.

  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.

  • Oversee pipeline development, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.

  • Design and execute strategies to accelerate vendor performance and growth.

  • Ensure consistent adoption of sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting standards.

  • Analyze performance data and build actionable plans to improve results.

  • Act as the main point of communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage cross‑functional alignment to support vendor success.

  • Prepare and present performance reports to leadership.

  • Foster a collaborative, open, and flexible team culture.

  • Ensure high standards of communication, professionalism, and execution.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.

  • IT industry knowledge is a plus.

  • Experience leading Inside Sales teams or similar high‑volume sales environments.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms.

  • High level of English.

  • SAP knowledge is desirable but not required.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Professional presence and strong influencing abilities.

  • Flexible, open, adaptable mindset.

  • Ability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic contexts with a strong results orientation.
