We are seeking a Scheduler/Coordinator on our customer service and support team responsible for managing deliveries, returns and exchanges with our customers. Day-to-day duties will range from working with logistics partners to schedule shipments, communicating updates to internal and external partners, coordinating customer acceptance sign offs and maintaining documentation for vessels. You will operate closely with our logistics, service and support teams.
