What you'll do...
Manager, Business Operations – Site Tooling & Enablement
Join Walmart’s eCommerce organization on the newly formed Site Content Strategy team as we build a legendary experience for Walmart’s digital customers. This position is responsible for developing Site Merchandising tools that create operational efficiencies, are built for scale, and result in high quality digital experiences for the Walmart.com customer. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who loves the challenge of transitioning large-scale people-powered processes to streamlined tech-enabled workflows with the ultimate goal of improving the content customers consume on Walmart.com.
This is a hybrid role with priority in Bentonville, AK campus. However, San Bruno, CA campus is also possible.

Entry Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, project/program management, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, program management, program operations, or related area
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in program management, business or related field

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
