Job Title: Installation Manager

Reporting to: Field Operations Manager

Location: Site Based

Role description:

In your role as Installation Manager, you will report to the Head of Field Operations within Linxon Sweden and will be responsible for the Installation activities at site.

• Overall responsible for the site installation works at substation (HV, MV & LV including equipment’s but not limited to CT/VT/SA/DCB/Transformer/switchgear/ C&P Panels/Cabling & Termination etc), while keeping safety at top of agenda for all time.
• Responsible for managing the sub-contractor and day to day activities.
• Ensure on time completion of planned activities with appropriate quality as needed.
• Follow the contractual requirement of client and ensure its adherence with sub-contractor.
• Prepare and Plan the daily work with look ahead for coming weeks.
• Support for procurement of sub-contractor.
• Monitor & Control site Installation small material purchase if needed.
• Work closely with Project Managers / Site Managers/ HSE Manager.
• Progress reporting & Record keeping for daily and weekly progress.
• Responsible for providing Red Marks to engineering team from site.
• Feedback to Engineering team for possible optimization and improvements.

• Support the sales department and prepare RfQ related to installation works in the tender stage.

We operate throughout Sweden and Nordic countries which requires travelling to different project sites when needed. This role requires 100% travelling thus site location will be considered as working location.

Your background

Minimum 8+years’ experience in High Voltage Substation with similar role

Supervised Installation activity or managed site contractors

Driving License (min B category) required to effectively manage site.

You should have basic training within electricity or switchgear assembly, to work in leading role.

Trainings like ESA/ELSA, BAS-U/BAS-P, CPR, HLR,  work at height, Hot works are considered added value.

ABT-04  & ABT-06 knowledge is considered plus.
