Fidelity Executive Services is looking for a Director to join the Strategy & Offering Team as they embark on a multi-year expansion of the Executive Services program. This role provides a great opportunity to work across multiple initiatives and workstreams towards this expansion, including the evolution of the service model and offering, it’s positioning at Fidelity and in the marketplace, and how we go to market. The Director role is ideal for someone with a product management or strategy background, with experience across both workplace and our retail businesses. Primary duties of the position include:

Executive Services is an incredibly successful P/W program with a track record of well over a decade of creating lifetime relationships with Workplace Executives. The Executive Services Product Area is uniquely constructed and positioned to provide Executive Services Distribution with a steady, increasing number of qualified, engaged executives through an efficient program. Our job is to define the direction and opportunity of the program, create operational maturity, increase engagement across both Plan Sponsors and Participants, and to deliver both Participants and capabilities to our Distribution partners for the program’s continued growth and success
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-222,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
