Job Summary:
The Communication Support – Integration role is responsible for executing communication plans and supporting internal and external communication efforts related to business integration. This role focuses on content creation, stakeholder coordination, and communication logistics to ensure smooth messaging and engagement during transitions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Assist in the execution of communication strategies for integration initiatives.
· Draft and distribute internal communication materials, including emails, newsletters, FAQs, and talking points.
· Coordinate with stakeholders, including leadership, HR, and operational teams, to ensure alignment.
· Maintain and update internal communication platforms (e.g., Viva Engage, intranet).
· Support change management communication by preparing training materials and engagement content.
· Monitor and track communication effectiveness, providing reports and insights.
· Assist in risk and crisis communication efforts by ensuring timely messaging updates.
Professional & Technical Skills:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal communication platforms
· Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
· Collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate across teams
