What you'll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. Jamf is seeking front-end experts to help build and deliver the next-generation user experience for Jamf Pro, a comprehensive device management solution tailored for Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, visionOS, and tvOS). Widely adopted by IT administrators in businesses, schools, and other institutions, Jamf Pro ensures Apple device fleets remain secure, compliant, and optimized.

The Front-End Software Engineer II will play a critical role in shaping the web-based front end of Jamf Pro. You'll work on creating reusable mechanisms that enhance features across Jamf Pro and other Jamf products. This position also involves promoting Angular best practices and supporting other teams in their front-end development efforts.

We are a fast-moving team that values adaptability, innovation, and putting customers at the center of every decision.

This role is located within Poland. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Poland and have sponsorship to live and work in Poland.

 

What you can expect to do in this role: 

  • Develop and deliver high-quality front-end solutions using Angular.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless user experiences across devices and platforms.
  • Create reusable components and mechanisms applicable across Jamf products.
  • Mentor team members in technical skills and product knowledge.
  • Break down customer problems into actionable tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and code quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Designers, and Technical Writers.
  • Actively participate in defining the technical vision of the product's future.


What we are looking for:

Required: 

  • +3 years of real life experience developing complex, enterprise-class web applications with Angular.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and SASS.
  • Experience testing across multiple browsers and platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with build systems (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).
  • Fluency in English and strong collaboration skills.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).


Nice to have:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of AWS.
  • Expertise in accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).
  • Familiarity with feature toggles for dynamic deployments.
