Your Impact


As Axon's Technician Supervisor, you are a leader, and will be responsible for the
supervision of Automation Technicians who performs preventive and breakdown
maintenance on production equipment. You will demonstrate in-depth product knowledge
and maintain high equipment performance and uptime. You will also be responsible for a
diverse mixture of cross functional manufacturing activities with a strong emphasis on
interacting with automated production machines, personnel and other aligned manufacturing
teams.

What You’ll Do
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
Reports to: Senior Manager, Assets Reliability• Supervise equipment maintenance to support Axon manufacturing operations
• Communicate relevant equipment status to associated manufacturing line leads and
supervisors.
• Aid to Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, determine corrective actions and
communicate with Manufacturing Engineers to resolve issues.
• Manage and complete work orders in Axon's computerized maintenance management
system (CMMS)
• Determine equipment spare parts needs within Axon's CMMS to aid inventory
accuracy and prevent downtime.
• Participate in process reviews for products as required.
• Engage in problem solving & brainstorming, both individually and as part of the Axon
team
• Follow Axon's Environmental Health and Safety guidelines
What You Bring
• A GED or an Associate Degree in a related field with the following
experience.
• Strong automation, mechanical and pneumatic knowledge and aptitude
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in technical manufacturing
working with complex equipment
• Experience working with automated assembly equipment is preferred
• Experience working with high volume automated systems is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to expand your professional knowledge
