Primary Objective of Position: The Technical Service Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products. They are responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs), and providing backup first-line level one service. Additionally, they assist with instrument installations and deinstallations.
Major Accountabilities:
First-Line Service: Respond promptly to customer service requests, addressing issues that require less than 4 hours of labor time.
Planned Maintenance: Schedule and perform planned/predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) activities to keep our systems running optimally.
Hardware and Software Updates: Document and execute TSBs related to hardware and software upgrades.
Installation and Deinstallation: Assist with instrument installations and deinstallations as needed.
Performance Metrics: Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction scores (NPS), achievement of service key performance indicators, and district-level economic growth and profitability.
Travel: This is a field based position in LOMBARDIA.
