Do you want to play a key role in an international business?

Prologis is seeking to appoint a Property Data Manager within Operations and FP&A Europe team to support Central European business. The candidate will work closely with Leasing, Real Estate Customer Experience and Billing teams based in Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia and the broader European Operations and FP&A team to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and maintenance of lease records in Yardi. We are looking for an analytical, problem solving, pro-active person with keen eye for details who will play a key role in achieving the Central European goal for high quality data of building configurations and lease contracts records. The Lease Data Manager will report directly to Finance Manager, CE based in Amsterdam.

It is essential that the candidate has excellent analytical and time-management skills, is able to read and understand the economic terms of lease contracts, has affinity with database software and industrial real estate. Given the international environment in which Prologis operates, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and must be able to communicate confidently in English.

What’s needed in order to do that:

• High quality and on time setup and maintain building configurations and lease contract records in Yardi in accordance with Transactions Guideline, following internal policies, procedures and shared best practices in close collaboration with Leasing and Real Estate Customer Experience teams.
• Establish periodical controls to ensure and maintain data accuracy, completeness and timeliness of building configurations and lease records, within regular reporting and ad hoc projects.
• Organize or participate in monthly catchup meetings with Leasing and Real Estate Customer Experience teams in order to keep comprehensive overview of leasing activities pipeline and setup the right priorities.
• Work close with Billing Managers to support and ensure accurate periodical billing.
• Actively participate in regular meetings with fellow Property Data Managers under the coordination and direction of Operations Director to establish best practices, share ideas and recommend improvements.
• Support and contribute to various ad hoc process improvements initiatives.
