Identify and nurture internal advocates who can promote Forma within their organizations
Design and run experiments to test and scale awareness, onboarding, engagement, and expansion strategies
Create playbooks, templates, and workshop formats to support adoption at scale
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to highlight customer success stories and amplify Forma’s value
Represent Forma externally at events, customer workshops, and conferences to grow visibility and thought leadership
Partner with Autodesk sales teams to align adoption efforts with account plans and business goals
Equip sales with compelling narratives, usage data, and customer proof points to support strategic conversations
Serve as the “product adoption ambassador” during key sales and customer engagement touch points
Bring real-world insights from strategic accounts to Product, Marketing, and GTM teams
Advocate internally for the needs of large accounts to influence product roadmaps and support priorities
Ensure the customer perspective shapes our positioning, feature prioritization, and messaging strategies
Define and track KPIs for adoption success (e.g., depth of usage, number of active users, feature engagement)
Report adoption trends, wins, and risks to leadership and collaborate on data-informed strategies for growth
Minimum Qualifications
4–6+ years of experience in the AEC industry, ideally in architecture, urban planning, or digital design
Experience working with or within large, complex organizations and driving change across them
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to engage end users, digital champions, and C-level stakeholders
A strategic, test-and-learn mindset, with a passion for experimentation and data-driven iteration
Highly effective at prioritizing — can focus on high-impact activities and make trade-offs to maximize outcomes with limited resources
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in roles related to product enablement, customer success, growth, or user advocacy—preferably inSaaS or enterprise tech environments
