Order Management Specialist (all genders)

Job Description

Join our Order Management team and be responsible for managing orders for Health System products on UKI markets.

Your role:

• Managing complex orders with the use of SAP and other supporting tools

• Being responsible for end-to-end process: order booking, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process

• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)

• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)

You're the right fit if:

• You have some of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics

• You speak fluent English language (B2 level or higher)

• You have knowledge of SAP - nice to have

• You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills

• You are a team player with good communication skills
